Here at Wild West Co. we want you to happy and satisfied with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may simply return it to us. Returns are only eligible for STORE CREDIT (that does not expire of course). NO EXCEPTIONS. 
Our return process is pretty simple!
- Shoot us an email at wildwestco.llc@gmail.com requesting to start a return.
- If your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions as to how and where to send your return.
- Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 days and email you an E-Giftcard that will never expire.
 Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product for a return.
Wild West Co. will accept returns as long as the TAGS ARE STILL ON and the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
If by chance you receive an item damaged or defective, it may be returned by contacting our Customer Support at wildwestco.llc@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of delivery. 
Additional Return Policy Information:
  • If your return is accepted, it must be postmarked within 7 days from date of acceptance, and we must receive it within 14 days from acceptance date.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Any item returned with stains (including make-up), smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, will not be accepted as a return.
  • MAKE SURE TO ENCLOSE YOUR PURCHASE ORDER SLIP WITH THE ITEM. 
Final Sale Items are Non-Refundable/Returnable. 
In the event that you would need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us ASAP via email. Once your order is processed, customers are unable to change or cancel their order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Wild West Co. we want you to get your item(s) as soon as possible!
Therefore, we have a promise to have your order processed within 3 days, unless noted.
Once an order is processed, it will be taken to the carrier to be shipped out.
WWC uses USPS & UPS for all our shipping needs.
All orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 unless noted. Any orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping. 
 
Please make sure you double check that you entered your address correctly.
Wild West Co. is not responsible for items lost or returned due to a non-deliverable address.
In the event of this happening, you are responsible for buying your package back and reshipping the item.
Once your package leaves WWC and is in the hands of UPS or USPS we are not responsible. You must’ve contact UPS or USPS, whichever it was shipped with.
Wild West Co. is not responsible for lost items.
